Auction Event Volunteer Sign-Up Form (25/Pack)

25-count pack - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" forms. The perfect sign-up form for volunteers at your initial strategy session. Better than a "sign-up sheet" where a pad or clipboard is passed around the room. This can be mailed or handed out with a letter in a school or or church situation, or used in a group meeting setting.
Each form records the volunteer's contact information such as all phone numbers, e-mail, and postal mail address. Each volunteer is asked to "rate" the auction committees they would like to participate in with a "1, 2, or 3" so you can best match the volunteer's interest level with the work to be done.
